An extension of the wildly popular Saturday Camelback Market, the Market Bistro features a wide variety of items including Vincent’s dishes to go, unusual food items for recipes, Vincent’s homemade stocks, signature sauces including his ever-popular green peppercorn sauce, homemade pate, puff pastry, sorbets as well as a wide array of fresh, imported produce, herbs, specialty cheeses and wines.

In addition to shopping for unique food items, stop by in the morning and enjoy fresh, hot baked pastries, croissants and specialty coffees.Or if you prefer, the Market Bistro is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and an array of imported cheeses in the afternoon.

The Market Bistro, conveniently located adjacent to Vincent’s on Camelback at 3930 E. Camelback Rd., is open six days a week.

Tuesday – Friday from 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Weekends from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
